We made some big improvements to the backend of the website and the types of data we could draw out of it. The main task was embedding HubSpot CRM so we could capture `marketing qualified` leads coming into the business. 50% of the leads we’ve seen have resulted in a quote for new business. Not too shabby!
Speaking of data…we also cleansed and looked after CCUK’s prospect data, ensuring it was kept warm, marketable, and on the right side of the GDPR.
